Payment Policy Notice

To ensure timely processing and delivery of all projects, full payment (100% upfront) is required before work begins. Orders will not be scheduled, started, or placed until payment has been received in full.

Payment Policy for Commercial Surveys

For commercial properties, ALTA/NSPS surveys, and large-scale surveying projects, a 50% deposit is required upfront before work is scheduled or fieldwork begins. The remaining balance is due upon delivery of the final survey documents. Please note our general payment structure:

Projects between $450 – $2,000:
100% payment upfront is required before work begins.

Projects over $2,000:
50% deposit upfront is required, with the remaining 50% due upon completion.

These policies ensure proper scheduling, resource allocation, and efficient delivery of high-quality professional surveying services.
